1. Free Educational Mission
OneMark Kalvi is created as a free, open educational resource to help school students (Classes 6 to 12) and competitive exam aspirants across Tamil Nadu practice objective book-back questions and prepare for examinations. Access is completely free and requires no subscription or registration.
2. Government & Institutional Disclaimer
Independent Educational Initiative:
OneMark Kalvi is an independent self-study portal. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Government of Tamil Nadu, the Tamil Nadu State Board of School Examination, the Tamil Nadu Textbook Corporation (TNTB), or the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC).
All references to syllabus guidelines, chapter names, and exam patterns are strictly for educational revision, mock self-assessment, and fair-use guidance.
3. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
The software code, interactive interface, gamification modes, audio oscillators, and custom pedagogical explanations created by OneMark Kalvi are the intellectual property of the platform creators.
Standard textbook questions are formulated based on public state board syllabi for the benefit of students. Users may freely share quiz links with classmates, teachers, and study groups via WhatsApp, social media, and educational forums. Commercial re-selling, unauthorized scraping, or automated extraction of question banks for resale is strictly prohibited.
4. Accuracy & Corrections
While we strive for 100% accuracy in all questions, option keys, and bilingual explanations according to official textbooks, unintentional typographical errors may occasionally occur. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. If you spot a factual or typographical error in any question, please notify us immediately via our Contact page so it can be corrected for all students.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OneMark Kalvi, its creators, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this educational tool, or from reliance on any information provided on the platform.
